·         Did you know there are different laws for employers with 1 or more employees?  15 or more?   20 or more?  50 or more?  100 or more?

·         Does the staff that is handling HR know all of the laws?

·         Is your HR Department too busy to update your policies, handbooks, forms?

·         Does your Employee Handbook create a contract of employment?

·         Are you a government contractor with a current AAP?

·         Do you ask questions on your employment application that can get you in trouble?

·         Do you know what a Section 125 Plan is?
